This Podcast was recorded sitting on top of the Gympie Pyramid... Woody, Macca and I had the privilege and the honour of visiting the site with some of the Kabi people who are the traditional guardians and protectors of Djaki Kundu (the Gympie Pyramid or Rocky Ridge). We were going to record in the evening after visiting the site however we were drawn back the next morning to record what you are about to listen to. I sent the podcast to the Kabi People for their approval which they were gracious enough to give. I see this podcast as the most important one we've ever done and I know we all have much love and respect for the Kabi People who allowed to share this with you all. Enjoy. We are a species with amnesia... We are afraid of the things we don't understand and destroy them without proper thought... This unfortunately what happened to Australia's Stonehenge. However before it was destroyed some excellent work was done in the late 1930's by Frederick Slater and then rediscovered in 2013 by Richard Patterson when more work was undertaken... It's another example of singular people changing our understanding of history and for these types of people we must be forever thankful. Enjoy.

Reintegration... I think it could be harder than integrating something new into your existence because the novelty isn't there. Reintegration is when you know what to do to make yourself better, you have a solid plan that works however you're still not doing it... I sat back down with Daniel Mengel to discuss this amongst many other things, it was a bit of a full circle moment because Daniel was the last studio guest and this is actually a part two to Episode 82 - Moving Forward so enjoy.

It has been a while since everyone has heard from me... Failure, fear, depression, stress, anxiety and trying to survive have got in the way of releasing a podcast... However that ends now, before I could start having guests back on and delving into the thousand things that need to be talked about I sat down and unpacked the process I've been through over the past few months. It's been a bit of a Journey for sure and I hope you get something out of this one.

How do you move forward through adversity..? Once you are within the adversity sometimes it is hard to see clear, see through the fog to find the way forward. Daniel Mengel and I sat down to discuss how we can move forward, some of the tools we have learnt and used to move through our own adversity... Because we have all faced it at some point and hopefully found the way forward or at least found some lessons in the shadows... As the witching hour approached the other night I sat back down with Reagan from the Descending the Rabbit Hole Podcast and questioned consciousness.
